The Juneteenth event at The Dylan at Fairburn was a really great event. The food was good, the DJ kept the vibe going, and everything felt well planned out. A special thank you to Ms. Smith, the Assistant Property Manager, for doing such a wonderful job bringing everything together. You can tell a lot of effort went into making it a success.

I recently attended the Juneteenth event at The Dylan at Fairburn and wanted to say what a great job the team did! Everything was put together so nicely, and you could tell a lot of thought went into the event. The food was really good, and I especially enjoyed having the DJ there, it made the atmosphere even better. Been here for around a year and I have no complaints! Safe, clean, and the people who stay here are nice! If there are any issues or questions I get them fixed or answered within the same day. It’s a lot of places to eat around and a park that’s five minutes away. Meka was also a great help with the move out process!

Well… I’m back with ANOTHER REVIEW - my second year in here at the Dylan and it was amazing today 🎊 🎉 🎈 Ms. Smith facilitated, directed, and put on a show for the residents of the Dylan … an early JUNETEETH CELEBRATION at the Dylan ‼️ Ba - by ….. a time was had… toss salad, 🥗 mac and cheese, collard greens with and without pork, baked beans, black eye peas, corn bread 🍞 ANDDDDD Battle on the grill… that BBQ chicken 🍗 was everything ‼️ with a ice cold pepsi 🥤 was excellent …Emeka, the food was a 10/10 While jamming, I met some cool neighbors from building 6000 - top floor (hey girl) 🙃🤣… hi you doing 😂 …the DJ was DJ’Ing non stop… with good tunes…and the dancing 💃 was fun.. this never been done before and it was a joy to eat, drink, and chill…. Now that is how a celebration is put on for the residents… Huge thanks to Emeka, and her Assistant, Frank on the grill and the maintenance team for keeping it clean! This community feels so welcoming and gives off real home vibes.My friend Ms. Taylor lived here for years and moved out earlier this year, but we still talk about how much she enjoyed living at The Dylan at Fairburn. I visited often, and all the encounters from the staff, neighbors, gym, and pool were always great. I thought to leave this review after driving by on my way to Tim Hortons and remembering all the good times. Plus, the location is a huge bonus! So many food options nearby that you'll never get bored lol. Great community all around!
