Submitting a rental application, pay stubs, bank statements, general documents or identity documentation of another person, without lawful authority is a state and federal crime. We work with local, state and federal agencies to submit and prosecute all identity fraud.

The National Covid-19 Eviction Holds do not apply to fraudulent conveyance of identity and The Dylan at Fairburn reserves the right to remove any unidentified persons from the property under Georgia Code Title 16. § 16-7-21 Criminal Trespass.
